After completing the Supervisor MHFA training, I feel like I’ve gained a new perspective on mental health. The sessions were engaging and thought-provoking, and Loretta’s approach was both professional and compassionate. This training has given me the confidence to support others and to better understand my own mental well-being. I highly recommend this course to everyone. Amiqus.
I would like to thank Loretta for the MHFA training experience. The course was well-structured, and Loretta was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I feel much more able to recognise and respond to mental health issues now. Volvo Bus and Truck North and Scotland
Great course should be rolled out to all employees, to make everyone aware of mental health, problems and help available. I really enjoyed the role play, scenarios and the conversations we had. I learned that there might be more people with some form of mental health issue then I thought. I have learned other ways to approach situations to which I’m very thankful. Braemar Care
Participating in the MHFA training with Lianne from Greentree was great she created a supportive environment, where we all felt happy to contribute.
The skills I learned will really help me to be more compassionate to listen, hold a safe space and signpost to support good mental health at Volvo.
