Along with her psychology degree and mindfulness cognitive behaviour qualification she uses the tools and experience she has gained to motivate, inspire and energise people to get more out of their life, face difficult decisions and move forward.

These bepoke sessions support individuals within their role of supporting and signposting people experiencing issues with their mental health, be that through keeping updated with recent research, confidentially discussing ways of approaching and dealing with situations or managing self care.
