Our unique UK-based Mental Health Resilience program provides mental health first aid support at all levels, helping identify issues early, offering immediate assistance, and guiding colleagues to professional help for a healthier, more productive environment.
Talks & Workshops

We offer Individual Coaching to address personal and professional growth, including helath and overall wellbeing, stress management, work life balance, confidence, happiness and fulfilment. Our Wellbeing Champions and MHFA Supervisors Coaching includes bespoke sessions on assertive communication, self care, boundary setting, and ensuring Supervisors stay updated on the latest research. Additionally, join experts Laura Young, MBA, and Pam Herries for Leadership Resilience Coaching to enhance skills, navigate challenges, and inspire growth.
Careers Coaching

Our Mental Health First Aid Training
Greentree Wellbeing offers Mental Health training accredited by First Aid Awards (FAA) and regulated by OFQUAL (The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).
These courses are aimed at organisations that seek to equip their employees with the resources to support Mental Health First Aid alongside their existing Physical Health First Aid. It is vitally important that everyone is supported across all levels.
We apply our Greentree MHFA (Mental Health First Aider) pyramid graphic to illustrate the structure of the training we offer. This tool provides organisations with peace of mind by clearly illustrating the levels of training across the entire organisation.
